"My Crying Heart"

My lonely heart, cries night and day.
All because, you went away.
Thoughts of you, still fill my head.
Without your love, each day I dread.

My dreams are filled with days gone by.
I wake from them, and begin to cry.
My heart cries out for love from you.
The love we had, that once was true.

I don't know how I'll continue to live.
With a heart that's empty, no more to give.
Along with you, went my heart and soul.
Now, just surviving, is my only goal.

I hope this pain will leave me some day.
And with some hope, I'll find my way.
Until that day, my lonely heart cries.
It's filled with tears, as are my eyes.
