Please Accept My Apology

I've searched the depth of my soul;
To find the right words to say.
The words that I need to tell you;
How sorry I'm feeling today.

It's so difficult to find the words;
That will explain just how I feel.
The way I acted, and what I did;
Still seems to be so unreal.

It's not like me to act that way;
And it's important that you know.
Somehow, I must convey this to you;
I have to let my apology show.

All I can say is how sorry I am;
Please find it in your heart to forgive me.
I promise it will never happen again;
Give me one more chance, and you'll see.
