"I'll Love You, Forever"

Forever is just a simple word;
And, it's hard to comprehend.
The meaning seems so difficult;
Oh so hard to understand.

Forever, is how long I'll love you;
It's the same as eternity.
Forever, you'll be in my heart;
And you'll be a part of me.

Some say forever, but don't mean it;
And, in time they drift apart.
For whatever reasons, it doesn't work out;
And it ends with a broken heart.

To me, "forever" is said sincerely;
And I mean it with all my being.
It's said with every fiber in my body;
This, I am guaranteeing.

When I say "I'll love you forever."
Please know that I mean what I say.
That "forever" is the rest of my life;
That's the message I mean to convey!
