Accept My Sympathy

At a time like this it's oh so hard;
To know just what to say.
For I know inside you're hurting;
In a very painful way.

Please know that I am with you;
You are in my thoughts and prayers.
And know that I am one of many;
Who feels for you and cares.

Just know that they have now gone home;
And their in a better place.
And they have seen the Lord above;
And the light from his sweet grace.

In time the pain will fade away;
Along with all your tears.
And you will smile once again;
On shared memories from past years.
