Halloween Fun
They slither through night's shadows;
Coming out, only under the stars.
The moon is high in the evening sky;
They peek through the graveyards bars.
They walk the silent streets by night;
Searching for their next victim or prey.
Who will be the one they select;
The most innocent one, I would say.
They are looking for sweet, fresh blood;
They need it, to forever thrive.
They live to kill, and drink the blood;
On the young bodies they will survive.
These blood-sucking demons of the night;
Are known to us as vampires of course.
When they finished their evil drinking;
They leave behind a lifeless corpse.
Some of you may not believe in them;
And, perhaps you may be right.
But stop, and take a look behind;
Next time you walk alone at night.
