Spring

The sun seems higher in the sky;
And stays out longer every day.
I'm seeing signs of Spring come forth;
As we approach the month of May.

The last of the snow has melted;
And the grass is turning green.
Look closely at the trees outside;
And some little buds can now be seen.

Even the tulips are starting to bloom;
And the bees are floating on air.
Signs of Spring are all about;
You can see them everywhere.

April is here and brought some signs;
Among them are the showers.
The rain that falls so gently now;
Will bring forth Spring's lovely flowers.

Spring is such a beautiful season;
With a rainbow of colors to see.
And life seems to start all over again;
Wouldn't you have to agree?
