Courage

Courage is something found deep;
From within.
Courage is found in the battle,
Not in the win.

Courage is facing each day
With a smile;
It’s giving all you got;
For that extra mile.

Courage is fighting MS;
From a chair.
It’s forging ahead;
Knowing you care.

Courage is training and fighting;
And giving your all;
It’s finally achieving that black belt
Hung on the wall.

Courage is not giving in or stopping;
Once that black belt is won.
It’s going on and trying harder;
To see what you can become.

Courage is taking each new obsticle;
That’s thrown in your way.
It’s fighting to put it behind you;
Where you let it stay!

Courage is fighting each day;
To push on.
Courage is my brother -in-law;
Courage is “John.”
