It's Your Birthday Again?
I just glanced at my calendar;
And there it was to see.
You're having another birthday;
Boy!, you're zipping right past me.
Seems like you just had one;
While, I haven't had one in years.
But then again, you look it;
Guess that explains your tears.
They say with age comes wisdom;
So I say this from the heart.
If this is certainly true my friend;
Then man, you must be smart!
They also say age is a state of mind;
If you think you're old, you are.
But then again, if you think you're young;
In your case, you went a few states too far.
But have no worries my dear friend;
For you will never be alone.
I will come to visit you often;
When they put you in the home!
